He brings with him 12 years of military leadership experience to the organization. In this position, Kevin oversees day-to-day operations and works with the executive team to set and implement the organization’s vision. “Through my love and enthusiasm for motorsports, I have met talented, young athletes from various backgrounds who share the same passion for the sport as I do. These young athletes deserve the chance to compete on the world stage regardless of their family’s financial resources. We want our athletes to pursue their dreams of a career in motorsports and our organization’s dedicated team are committed to making those dreams a reality,” says Kevin. “I am honored to be a part of an organization with such an ambitious and unique mission, and my goal is to bring this mission to fruition with the help of our wonderful benefactors.” Prior to joining The Starting Grid, Kevin was and remains an Active Duty service member, serving as a Navy helicopter pilot and Air Operations Officer. He has extensive experience in large scale operations management, team formation, and organizational leadership. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. This includes the development and execution of strategic and diversified plans to grow and manage significant fundraising efforts. He also assists in the promotion and protection of the organization’s mission, vision, and purpose. Keaton currently works as a Territory Account Manager for Camfil. He prides himself in his ability to build relationships with clients and develop solutions that best fit their needs. Keaton brings to the team his experience gained as a commissioned U.S. Navy Submarine Officer where he served in the engineering department on-board an Ohio Class Submarine. Keaton lead divisions of nuclear and auxiliary mechanics, and served as the Quality Assurance Officer. His final tour in the Navy was spent in Busan, South Korea serving on the staff of Commander, Naval Forces Korea, managing day-to-day operations and policy implementation.
