Through the Department of Defense SkillBridge initiative, we’ve created a meaningful pathway for transitioning Service members to enter one of the most challenging and exciting industries in the world: motorsports.

Breaking into motorsports is notoriously difficult. It's a field where connections often outweigh credentials, and opportunities can feel out of reach for those outside the industry. Our mission is to change that.
